Reports to: Operations Manager
Role Summary:
The Agribusiness Administrative Officer will support day-to-day office operations, handle documentation, coordinate with field teams, and provide administrative support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails
- Maintain records of farm inputs, outputs, and inventory
- Support scheduling of trainings, meetings, and field visits
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic financial summaries
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and field staff
- Ensure office supplies and logistics are well managed
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in agribusiness is an advantage
