Agribusiness Administrative Officer

Reports to: Operations Manager

Role Summary:
The Agribusiness Administrative Officer will support day-to-day office operations, handle documentation, coordinate with field teams, and provide administrative support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails
  • Maintain records of farm inputs, outputs, and inventory
  • Support scheduling of trainings, meetings, and field visits
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic financial summaries
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and field staff
  • Ensure office supplies and logistics are well managed

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in agribusiness is an advantage
