This is a beautiful and impressive initiative. It is an innovative programme of best practices in the field of agriculture and animals’ husbandry. Agriculture is known worldwide as the foundation of industrial revolution. Advancement in agriculture is the genesis of industrial evolution and improved economic growth. The uniqueness inherent in the initiative is that it is pedestal on the holistic approach to rural areas development. Therefore, it shall bring to the open the long-awaited hope and expectation of the rural dwellers. These are improved living environment as well as socioeconomic status of the rural areas. They learn the new and modern technology to manage and handle their investment on agriculture particularly in animal husbandry. We must not forget the fact that the first request of man from God is food when man said to Him ‘Give us these days our daily bread ‘this shows the significant of food in the existence of man. A health nation is the one that is capable of feeding successful it's people and as well export some. Food supply is the foundation of political stability and good governance. This is a world class innovative practice.

One of the best ways to improve livestock farmer's performance is through capacity building such as; knowledge sharing of data, experience and educational resources. The ALPHA initiative through LIFA has brought farmers to the limelight of knowledge by sharing vital information that will help them improve skill and productivity. LIFA needs to reach more livestock farmers with the knowledge sharing idea even beyond Nigeria. Keep the good work going. Congratulations on this new Milestone. LIFA program in Port Harcourt was a great contribution to the poultry industry in Rivers State. Kudos to all the speakers on topical issues. The birth of LIFA supported with the professional and experienced energetic spirit of the founder, Dr Stephen Adejoro have brought in a new spirit of LIVESTOCK RENAISSANCE not only in Nigeria but all over Africa. The opportunities that abound in the livestock industry in Nigeria is unquantifiable and for everyone in the profession to be prepared to for the challenges in the industry, there was the urgent need to build the capacities of the human resources in the industry, and this LIFA has come to fill in the gaps not only in building capacities of the various professionals but creating awareness for livestock potentials of the country for food security and poverty alleviation. It is therefore very important that every stakeholder in the livestock industry key into the vision and mission of LIFA as championed by Dr Stephen Adejoro who even at his age has find it expedient to be at every zone of the country to carry out the mission of sensitization and education of Nigerians on livestock and their potentials for the economic development, prosperity and emancipation of the people of Nigeria in particular and Africa in general.

Day to day knowledge sharing and acquiring from LIFA on livestock particularly poultry development in Nigeria is a factor to reckon with as it motivates and encourage poultry revolution and sustainability in the country. At this time that the country poultry industry is facing a turbulent period, LIFA activities bring secure and solutions. LIFA contributions to sustainable poultry production in Nigeria is unquantifiable huge. I attended the seminar at Ibadan in 2019 and can confirm that many farmers that attended the seminar confessed they benefited. LIFA has even extended its reach to some other West African francophone nations by partnering with Anisk language. I say kudos to Dr Adejoro and Zoetis and Long live LIFA.

If I have not known Dr S. O. Adejoro and If have not closely work with him, then my postulations here will just be mere academic exercise. But I knew Dr S. O. Adejoro way back 1994 at Avians Specialties. Again, we met again at Zartech Nigeria Limited. At both places he has shown Character and Performance. His depth of knowledge of Poultry is legendary. His passion and dedication to Poultry is no match by anybody. When he left Zartech to start LIFA, I knew that Zartech has lost something great and unique. However, I was consoled by the fact that his Constituency is AFRICA. I have not been disappointed because he keeps moving from one zone to the other in Nigeria. To make things work well with him and his NGO, he has a great team of experts and other professional bodies collaborating with him. My recommendation is for good people of the world to support LIFA financially so that Poultry and Livestock generally will be transformed and Africans will benefit immensely from LIFA. God Almighty will continue to strengthen Dr. S. O. Adejoro and LIFA.

My path crossed with Dr. Stephen Adejoro over a decade ago. I was fascinated with his passion for the Livestock industry. Since then, we have collaborated on several great studies on the efficiency of poultry production and safe products. He is an all-rounder in Livestock nutrition and health. I got exposed to real on-farm livestock challenges through his invitations to different agricultural fora. The success story of my journey as a Researcher will not be complete without your mentorship. You journeyed the length and breadth of the country despite the insecurity to impact knowledge on the youth and poultry farmers through your NGO (LIFA) to enhance food security. I salute this great writer for his hard work, strength, integrity and passion to uplift the livestock industry in Nigeria. I got to know Dr Stephen Adejoro through Facebook concerning (knowledge on poultry). Since then, we have been keeping in touch and he linked me up with the LIFA Whatsapp group. I have benefited a lot in terms of poultry proceedings, seminars, practical and international connection. In a nutshell, he is diligent and full of wisdom. He surprises me with his physical strength. He does not get tired of disseminating poultry knowledge, travelling, organizing and coordinating seminars as well. The stamina in him does not reflect his age. He is a man that wants the progress of everybody around him irrespective of your tribe or religion. He has linked and surrounded me with people who always look out for me. God will strengthen him further to continue to be light in other people's lives. And may God continue to protect him and his family and bless him more.
